Grinding My Life Away (#GMLA) is not just a saying, it’s a state of mind. A state of mind that lies deep within most. Grinding represents the hard and continuous work put in to making the best life for our families as well as ourselves. #GMLA is about endurance and persevering through the ups and the downs that come in life. #GMLA is NEVER GIVING UP!!!

#GMLA was originally founded by Stephen Whitner AKA Young Tyme. Young Tyme is an up and coming rapper out of Fort Walton Beach, Florida that exemplifies grinding in his day- to- day lifestyle. Anthony Avance, the Manager and Brand Ambassador. Anthony continually grinds to ensure the #GMLA Brand is known and understood throughout the world. Shawn Yabui, the Videographer and Sound-man continues to ensure #GMLA can show it’s presence through top-notch sound and videos.

Young Tyme took a break from his music to focus on his family and other personal issues. Therefore, recently Anthony Avance kicked the #GMLA Movement into high gear. Anthony is grinding to ensure Grinding My Life Away is known throughout the world. Everyone is grinding someway in their day-to-day to lives. From the homeless person working hard to get their next meal, to the teenager working hard to get school clothes and saving for a car. #GMLA also encompass that person working 9 to 5 or 12 hour shift, only to fall in the bed from exhaustion to do it all over again the next day; as well as, the entrepreneur striving to take their business/company to the next level.

The state of mind of grinding to make a better way no matter what we’re doing in life is universal and a part of our every day life. It happens constantly throughout the stages of life until our retirement of life. Hence, GRINDING MY LIFE AWAY!
